High-Speed ECL Logic

Semtech's ECL Logic series of high-speed, low-skew ECL and PECL logic IC families include new 1:9- and 1:10-output clock driver ICs, differential receivers for multiple-voltage applications, a PECL to CMOS/TTL translator, a 9-bit shift register, and a 4-bit flip flop. All members of the new Semtech ECL Logic series offer equivalent or higher performance and full pin compatibility with competitive standard ECL and PECL logic products currently available.
