Washers - The Hotpack model 2100, 4100, 6100 floor model glassware washers offer high volume throughput of virtually all sizes of laboratory glassware utilizing Hotpack's exclusive independent triple plumbing system thus eliminating any contamination of the glassware. Three sizes are available in 2, 4, 6 basket configurations. A fully programmable microprocessor control system monitors the entire process. User interface is via a display and touchpad to allow customization of wash cycles parameters such as time, temperature, order of wash routines, and drying, dispensing of detergent is automatic allowing the preceise amount of dose detergent to enter the wash cycle.

Standard cycle include light, medium, and heavy wash settings. In addition, the microprocessor can store up to 10 customized wash cycles thus allowing customization of the wash cycle to meet the product needs. Each customized program can store up to ten (10) phases: flush, wash, rinse, exhaust, and dry. Optional spindle racks are available for direct injection of wash and rinse water into the glassware.
