After decades of growth, expansion, and diversification, Barber-Colman formed the DYNA Products group in 1973, to manufacture and distribute controls for diesel and gas powered equipment.

In 1987, parent company Barber-Colman was acquired by Siebe plc, a global powerhouse with corporate headquarters in Windsor, England.
