Perhaps like no other in its class, BSIMPro re-defines the qualities of what an accurate, fast, and easy-to-use SPICE model extraction tool should be. BSIMPro can drive all major measurement equipment, including but not limited to: IV meters, CV meters, switch matrices, semi and fully automatic probers and much more. Once your data has been measured, choose to extract SPICE models using our proprietary extraction and optimization algorithms. Users can also choose to define their own local or global optimization algorithms. All major models are extracted, such BSIM3v3 (all versions), Level 28, EKV, and others. BJT, Diode and other device types are supported as well.
Once your models are extracted, BSIMPro allows you to verify its robustness and smoothness through a 3-D viewer and external network interface to SPICE simulators. Still not enough? BSIMPro even can generate a professional model extraction summary report - at a click of a button. All you have to do is sit back and watch it being written for you!
