Chassis Trak® Bottom Mount Slides

Chassis Trak® Bottom Mount Slides are heavy duty, smooth sliding, space saving slides designed to handle compression loads of up to 1,500 lbs per slide. Slides are applicable where rail type movement is required, but where rails are impractical or cannot be put into the floor and where space is at a premium. This includes applications in the electronic, aerospace/airline, heavy equipment and machinery, emergency vehicle and transportation industries.

Models B-200
Designed for tension or compression loading, these slides lock in the extended position. Load capacities range from 90 to 150 lbs.

Model C-7000
Linear bearing slides designed for tension or compression loading. Slides include the Green Button release mechanism, and have positive stops but do not lock at any position. Load capacities range from 75 to 180 lbs. Lock-out feature is optional.

Model C-938
Designed for compression loading only, slides must be disconnected to mount chassis section. Load capacities range from 85 to 400 lbs. Optional lock-in/lock-out feature is available.

Model D-1054
Extra heavy-duty slides operate on solid rollers for vertical alignment and ball bearings for horizontal thrust. The D-1054 slide locks at the fully closed position and at the fully extended position. Load capacities range from 475 to 1270 lbs.
