Custom Power Transformer Design

Signal Transformer Company provides custom transformers from 50 Hz to 20 kHz. Signal's team will customize transformers to meet specific input and output voltages, as well as power sizes. Transformers can be modified in configuration, including methods of transformation such as lugs, leads, and line cords; and methods of mount forms including chassis to angle brackets or no brackets and holes in laminates. Printed circuit mounts are available with specific holes, patterns, and any shaped pins.

Any size or shape transformer, including circular, can be manufactured by Signal's custom engineering team. Additionally, transformers can be designed to meet agency standards, and Signal's in-house CSA/UL certification laboratory can expedite the standards approval process.
