In 2000, Enthone was purchased by Cookson Group plc. Enthone is a part of Cookson's Electronics Division, one of the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of materials and equipment used in the fabrication and assembly of printed circuit boards. Specifically, Enthone is integrated with Polyclad Technologies, which includes Polyclad laminates and Alpha/Dexter chemistry. The integration of Enthone with Polyclad Technologies offers substantial synergies in sales, marketing and technical activities.
