NETRANS is a service for cost reducing FPGAs to mask programmable ASICs
AMI Semiconductor, Inc. a service for cost reducing FPGAs to mask programmable ASICs. The service accepts vectorless FPGA designs, provided they are synchronous or pass a design and testability screening procedure. Existing simulation data files, board and/or system level simulations are also accepted. Features include:

  • Automatic design migration to a gate array or standard cell ASIC
  • Multiple-to-one conversions
  • Works from netlist and optional simulation data files
  • Vectorless migrations for synchronous and some asynchronous designs
  • Certified mapping libraries for leading FPGA families
  • Accepts over 70 FPGA and ASIC formats, including:
