Our wholly owned subsidiaries: Vaughan Harmon Systems Ltd. is a market leader of train describers, passenger information and modular railway control systems. SESCO, Inc. is a leader in providing complete communications, security and dispatching systems used in the transportation industry. Harmon Control & Information Systems, Inc. is one of the leaders in the design and installation of operations control systems for the transportation and energy markets. CSS, Inc. and DJR, Inc. provide design, installation and maintenance of grade-crossing warning systems. DJR also installs and maintains highway traffic signal equipment. Golden Gate Switchgear Co., Inc. manufactures both AC and DC switchgear for electrified rail and commercial applications. Siliani Harmon is a technological leader and the largest independent signal supplier in Italy. Vale-Harmon Enterprises, Harmon Industries Australia Pty. Ltd., and Industrias Harmon de Mexico S.A. de C.V. are a sales and service suppliers.
