Isolation Transformer Power Conditioner

Isolation Transformer Power Conditioners are utilized when Power line electrical noise and ground noise severely disrupts equipment performance. Electrical system ground loops which create erratic equipment performanmce can be eliminated.

Severe performance disruption requiring Transformer Isolation occurs most often in situations where several data processing stations are inter-connected.

As an example, consider a retail store where Point of Sale (POS) equipment connects to a central office computer. An electrical system ground loop may be responsible for erratic performance.

Manufacturing or Laboratory site ground noise or ground loops are common on sensitive instrumentation set-ups.

Ancillary heavy duty electrical devices, such as air conditioners or motorized machinery, usually cause or exacerbate the problem.

Although moderately expensive, low power Isolation Transformer Conditioners at the site, or sites, experiencing the problem are usually more cost effective and convenient than attempting to isolate the high power devices suspected of causing the problem.

Increased noise reduction to protected equipment is provided by a high performance input filter-suppressor.

Isolation transformers ratings: 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 14, 16 and 20 Amps at 125 Volts, 60 Hz
