Six new monolithic semiconductor SOT Op Amps have been added to the existing family of Op Amps: CMV1010, CMV1016, CMV1020, CMV1026, CMV1030 and CMV1036
California Micro Devicesolithic semiconductor SOT Op Amps have been added to the existing family of Op Amps: CMV1010, CMV1016, CMV1020, CMV1026, CMV1030 and CMV1036. These new devices have low power requirements and can operate on as little as a 1.8V single supply, making them compatible with many battery-operated applications. With guaranteed specs at 1.8V, 2.7V, 3.0V and 5.0V supplies, the CMV10xx devices will reduce the size, weight, and cost of batteries in portable electronics, while offering more bandwidth than other low voltage, RRO, SOT Op Amp devices currently on the market.

Bandwidth, a measure of amplifier speed, can be traded off for power supply current consumption, allowing the selection of the best part for a range of different applications. Typical GBW (Gain Bandwidth Product) and supply currents are 1.0MHz at 50mA, 1.66MHz at 85mA or 2.7MHz at 150mA, depending upon the device selected for the application.
