Multicore Solders Inc.core MP100 is a high speed no-clean solder paste that is pin testable and offers good spread on surfaces. Designed to endure high sped printing processes, the paste offers long open and abandon times and effective performance over a range of reflow profiles in air and nitrogen. The product provides good spread on surfaces with varying levels of solderability, and is effective over a wide range of printer cycle times and squeegee speeds, with print capability up to 150mm/second.
The solvent system in the product allows the paste to stay moist longer, reducing waste. The low color post-reflow residues of the paste are soft and non-sticky for pin testing, and will minimize false failures and probe maintenance.
