OZ Optics Limited Announces Dual Wavelength LED Source
The Dual Wavelength LED Source makes use of the latest technology to provide two optical sources in a single, compact package. Operating at either 850 nm or 1300 nm, the unit typically couples 20 µW into a 50/125 multimode fiber. Using built-in thermal compensation, it can operate over a wide temperature range of -20 to +50 °C. Available with a variety of possible connectors; it is suited to a vast array of applications.
The purpose of this device is to address a need in the industry for a compact, highly portable, economical dual optical LED source for testing and manufacturing. Its easy operation makes it useable by anyone, for any application where either one or both of these wavelengths may be used.
