They can be serialized, bar-coded, and/or personalized with the specific names of the authorized users. There are 14 standard colors to choose from, and each permit can have up to 4 different colors. Colleges, for example, use a different color for each semester, black serial numbers, and one or more colors for the school mascot. Control access to parking lots and structures.
