Champion Technologies, Inc.ase-Locked Loop) module has an input terminal for voltage control, which can be used as a modulation port. The complete module is enclosed in a metal package to help eliminate EMI and other spurious radiations. The module is integrateable and flexible and useful for reference frequency tracking and locking, synchronization, frequency synthesizers and clock recovery. Output frequencies are available up to 2.488 GHz. Each portion of the module can be customized to attain specific designer objectives for the entire device. The VCXO portion incorporates the company's Inverted Mesa crystals, achieving frequencies of up to 155.52 MHz. The VCO portion utilizes the company's CZM4-2000-series low-phase noise VCO designs in frequencies up to 2.488 GHz.
