Headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, UniSil Corporation manufactures and markets silicon wafers on a worldwide basis. We are a full-service provider of small diameter prime and test silicon wafers to semiconductor device manufacturers, semiconductor capital equipment and solar cell manufacturers. Founded in 1987, our company has manufacturing facilities in Santa Clara and Mountain View, California, all of which are ISO 9002 certified.

As we continue to balance our test wafer and prime wafer business, we are growing our power management product line. UniSil offers ultra low resistivity products that run with less power and lower resistance for telecomputing, battery control, cellular phone, and power management applications.
